Main responsibilities:
- Assist the Regional Head of SCM in making timely business decisions and managing asks based on team priorities.
- Oversee project tasks, track progress, and recommend resource allocation.
- Lead ad-hoc SCM regional projects and collaborate with internal teams.
- Standardize Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning across the region, driving continuous improvement with country leaders.
- Contribute to the Annual Operating Plan and manage KPI targets.
- Understand and apply local supply chain practices, sharing best practices across the region.
- Support long-term organizational strategies and regional SCM policies.
- Aid country teams in utilizing key systems, particularly SAP, for Material Requirement Planning.
- Coordinate regular meetings and presentations to ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Implement global SCM processes and work on cross-regional S&OP topics.
- Standardize projects on supplier lead time management and EDI implementation.
- Optimize inventory through PSI reviews, safety stock settings, and reduction of excess stock.
- Support data analysis and improvement of S&OP KPIs.
- Maintain consistent inventory data and policies across the region.
- Participate in monthly PSI planning, ensuring effective discussions with relevant teams.
- Develop and align the Annual Operating Plan for inventory.
- Lead cross-country inventory optimization and improve inventory planning processes.
- Manage spare parts projects for inventory strategy and planning policies.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics…
- At least 8 - 10 years in Production Planning with knowledge of SCM (manufacturing, purchasing, order management).
- Have experience in global working and have the ability to work well with cross-functionally
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Proven leadership and team management skills with multinational teams.
- Strong skills in project management, scheduling, resource management, and problem-solving.
- Open-minded, innovative, and adaptable to change.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Vietnamese
- Advanced in reporting, analysis, and proficiency with spreadsheets and presentation tools.
