Responsibilities
- Manage the end to end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate assessment, offer management, and onboarding support.
- Identify recruitment challenges and recommend process improvements to enhance hiring efficiency, candidate experience, and quality of hire.
- Source and attract talent for international positions across multiple markets, with a strong focus on the APAC region.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, recruitment tools, and networking strategies to build high quality talent pipelines.
- Monitor talent market trends and provide insights on industry developments, competitor activities, organizational structures, and talent availability.
- Conduct talent mapping and market research to support hiring strategies and workforce planning.
- Support employer branding initiatives through recruitment campaigns, career events, technical forums, and employee referral programs.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in sourcing techniques, including Boolean Search, ATS platforms, social recruiting, and other modern talent acquisition tools.
- Proven ability to develop and execute diverse sourcing strategies for hard to fill positions.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a data driven approach to recruitment.
- Experience hiring across international markets is an advantage.
- Professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin to support regional stakeholders and candidates.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
