Regional Sales Head (Offshore and FPSO)

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Head to lead sales efforts in the Offshore and FPSO segment within the Southeast Asia (SEA) region. The Sales Head will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and fostering strong client relationships.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives within the Offshore and FPSO segment in the SEA region.
    • Identify new business opportunities and market trends, and drive initiatives to capitalize on them effectively.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new partnerships and opportunities for business expansion.
    • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, motivation, and support to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and finance to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
    • Conduct regular market analysis and competitor benchmarking to inform sales strategies and identify areas for differentiation.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while mitigating risks.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance visibility and network with key stakeholders.
    • Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and technological advancements relevant to the Offshore and FPSO sector.

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering or relevant field, acquired MBA is great advantage.
    • Minimum 8 -10 years relevant work experience in Steel or related industry with good products into Heavy industry, especially Oil/Gas (Offshore, FPSO)
    • Strong entrepreneurial mindset, strong strategic planning and decision-making skills.
    • Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities.
    • Proven track records of success in KAM or Project-based sales in SEA regions.
    • Can adapt for intensive travelling across countries in SEA regions.

    Salary & Benefits

    · Approx 35K MYR base + attractive benefit package – can be discussed more during the interview
