Regional Sales Manager - Bancassurance

    Job Description

    • To create, sustain, and expand income streams for Bancassurance Products. 
    • To increase sales by establishing new distribution channels and business models for a variety of product categories, including but not restricted to life and non-life items. 
    • To comprehend the underlying markets and choose the best products to satisfy consumer needs by expanding product options. 
    • To adhere to its specific money laundering prevention policies and be always vigilant for any odd or potentially suspicious client behavior. 
    • Develop thorough understanding of regional laws and industry organizations' initiatives to keep the company abreast of legislative change. 
    • Actively include stakeholders and business partners to advance the origination sales agenda with customers
    • Proven track record of new bank sales success and strong executive impact. 
    • Aspires to be a dependable resource for clients and the team, serving in that capacity

    Job Requirements

    • Having 5 years experiences in sales management and business planning, especially in Bancassurance products
    • Good knowledge of sales, services and procedures and the Insurance market. 
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to deal with all levels of people, often in complex and difficult situations.
    • Good presentation skills
    • Advanced in English (writing and speaking)
