As part of their strategic expansion, they are strengthening the Water Purifier & Water Heater product lines in Vietnam. We are seeking Sales Managers to drive market growth, manage key dealer relationships, and enhance retail performance.
Responsibilities
Achieving Sales Targets
- Develop and implement annual sales plans, including dealer and SKU-specific strategies.
- Engage with dealers to negotiate and fulfil monthly and yearly sales objectives.
- Work closely with the Product Management (PM) team to shape sales policies for dealers.
- Maintain ongoing communication with the line manager and PM team to track sales progress.
- Consistently exceed sales goals and expand market presence.
Dealer & Channel Development
- Foster and strengthen relationships with dealers to ensure sustained collaboration.
- Coordinate with the PM team to optimize product display and branding at retail locations.
- Set clear goals for expanding the dealer network and execute strategies to achieve them.
- Define and drive channel output targets.
Retail Operations & Market Presence
- Oversee existing endcap displays and collaborate with dealers for new display expansions.
- Lead product training initiatives for internal teams and retail partners.
- Organize consumer engagement activities to enhance product awareness and sales.
- Provide support in retail execution to maximize visibility and conversions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Align sales strategies with department leadership to ensure effective execution.
- Work closely with the PM team to refine product positioning and promotional strategies.
- Partner with the marketing team to implement impactful campaigns and initiatives.
- Coordinate with the PG team to drive sell-out performance.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in sales of consumer electronics (CE), preferably in Water Purifiers, Water Heaters, or Sanitary Ware.
- Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business expansion.
- Excellent skills in stakeholder management, leadership, and data-driven sales strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of dealer management and channel development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to develop and execute strategic plans independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good command of English
