Relationship Manager, Employee Banking

    The job will drive new company tie-ups and drive sales volumes from approved companies. This will include:

    • Tie up companies with the e-payroll process.
    • Drive sourcing and activation booths in approved companies
    • Track and monitor sales productivity to maximize business opportunities and cross-sell rates to achieve agreed targets and provide efficient service quality
    • Manage and maintain corporate relationships to drive acquisition volumes for personal products like e-payroll, personal loans mortgage loans, and credit cards.
    • Drive company upgrades from portfolio companies to Primary EB companies - e-Payroll
    • Manage and maintain the development of strong and differentiated product propositions, and customized pricing for corporate working with RBP, Wealth, RC segments, and CI/CM teams at both corporate and employee level
    • Selectively broaden product offerings to maximize “Share of Wallet” for Primary EB customers, and deliver and drive target PPC
    • Work with other segments including Corporate and Transaction banking and Business Banking to cross-pollinate the client base.
    • Track market share and competition, derive insights into competitor strategies and take proactive steps
    • Corporate interface on initial set-up, and ensure correct on-boarding/ listing and categorization of corporate
    • Responsible for ensuring compliance, with respect to corporate listing.
    • Ensure smooth set up of e-payroll processing for corporate and facilitate system interface
    • Arrive at specific portfolio campaigns at R.M level, Corporate category/ key corporate level
    • Drive the system towards service quality standards in an efficient operation where risks are well-controlled
    • Responsible for managing service camps and corporate-related service complaints and support
    • Health & Safety
    • Being responsible for the health and safety aspects of the unit.
    • Ensuring the work environment is safe and free from risks relating to Health & Safety.
    • Ensuring that any H & S issues raised by staff are addressed and escalated in a timely manner.
    • Supporting in the implementation of the Group H & S initiatives.
    • Promoting H & S awareness amongst employees.
    • Identifying & ensuring Fire wardens and First aiders are trained appropriately.
    • Ensuring compliance with local legislations and group requirements.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • At least 2 years experience in sales B2B.
    • Good at English communication.
