Job Description
- Client Acquisition and Attraction
- Identify and attract new clients to offer products and services for the Priority Client segment, including Deposits, Savings Accounts, Wealth Lending, Foreign Exchange, Insurance, and cross-sell other products.
- Leverage existing relationships to develop a portfolio of clients.
- Upgrade potential clients to the Priority Client segment.
- Ensure all transaction documentation is accurate and complies with processes.
- Collaborate with the Product Development team to sell more complex products based on the identified needs of clients.
Customer Service Management:
- Provide high-quality remote services in line with the service standards set by management.
- Regularly attend training sessions to provide excellent service to new and potential clients.
- Ensure transactions are handled accurately and efficiently to meet client needs and expectations.
Qualifications:
- College degree or higher.
- In-depth and diverse knowledge of products tailored for the Priority Client segment. Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Strong ability to prospect, build, and develop a client base.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships based on client needs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in teams at various levels to achieve superior performance.
- Experience in Banking or Insurance is a plus.
