Job Summary:
We are looking for a driven and experienced Retail Area Manager to lead sales efforts and key account management for our cosmetics portfolio in the Hanoi region. This role will oversee distributor partnerships, manage a team of sales staff and promoters, and be accountable for revenue growth, market expansion, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Target Achievement: Own and drive sales performance, ensuring revenue and volume targets are met across assigned accounts.
- Sales Planning & Execution: Develop and execute strategic plans including sell-in/sell-out, sales forecasts, fulfillment, and budget control.
- Account Management: Manage and monitor key accounts; track progress, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable solutions to optimize performance.
- Distributor & Channel Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors. Develop channel strategies and work closely with partners on execution and market expansion plans.
- Market Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic collaborations to grow market share.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and support a field sales team and promoter group; ensure alignment with brand and sales strategies.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the beauty or cosmetics industry.
- Proven track record in managing distributors and key retail accounts.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead and develop a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to travel as required for business needs.
