Job Responsibility
- Drive sales of the company’s products within the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Oversee sales operations and provide guidance to sales representatives.
- Monitor and support the preparation and execution of market share growth initiatives.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships across distribution channels and with key clients.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and projections related to targets, financials, and inventory management.
- Conduct competitor, market, and trend analysis to formulate effective strategies and tactics.
- Collaborate with colleagues and cross-functional departments to accomplish collective goals.
- Prepare and submit timely sales reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Perform additional duties and assignments as directed by the Board of Directors.
- Ensure confidentiality of all company information and documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the retail channel within the construction sector (e.g., hardware stores, power tools, accessories).
- Proficiency in English, with strong reading and writing skills for reporting purposes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategies and approaches for retail channel growth in the construction industry.
- Proven capability to execute plans that drive sales performance and increase market share.
- Established track record of cultivating and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
- Ability to quickly acquire product knowledge related to mechanical equipment and construction materials.
- Experience in managing retail sales representatives and effectively allocating resources.
