Responsibilities
- Perform radio network planning, design, and optimization activities in line with project schedules and delivery requirements.
- Support new site setup, integration, and service validation to ensure successful network rollout and performance compliance.
- Continuously monitor network and service performance, identify issues, and apply corrective solutions; prepare technical reports with analysis and recommendations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as RAN, transmission, and core network teams to troubleshoot problems and enhance overall network quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with mobile network architectures, including 3G, 4G, and/or 5G technologies, network topology, and network elements.
- Strong knowledge of radio interfaces, protocols, signaling, and system parameters in at least one technology (NR, LTE, or UMTS).
- Experience with radio network planning and optimization tools such.
- Demonstrated analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on performance optimization.
- Good communication skills in English and/or Mandarin.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to adapt quickly in dynamic environments and manage multiple time-sensitive tasks simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
- Knowledge of databases, programming, AI, or machine learning is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel as required.
