RTC Distributor Development Manager

    Report to: RTC Manager
    Location: HCMC

    Responsibilities
    1.    Assess Distributor Infrastructure & Capacity

    • Evaluate distributor resources, such as warehouses and delivery fleets, and recommend enhancements to meet distribution demands.
    • Utilize tracking systems to monitor distributor capacity and performance in line with DDT(Distribution and Delivery Transformation) targets.

    2.    Manage Distributor Onboarding & Training

    • Lead the onboarding process for distributors transitioning to the RTC platform and oversee training for new DIS Light users.
    • Ensure distributor teams are fully equipped to integrate new tools and processes into their operations.

    3.    Optimize Customer Visibility & Routing

    • Ensure customer data is accurately maintained in the RTC system, and collaborate with teams to optimize routing plans for better market coverage.
    • Work with internal departments to suggest territory optimizations and improve delivery efficiency.

    4.    Implement New Business Processes & KPIs

    • Define and monitor key fulfillment KPIs related to order and delivery processes.
    • Guide distributors in embedding these new operational standards through training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
    • Identify capability gaps & collaborate with DDT to transfer knowledge/resources aligned with DDT frameworks.

    5.    Collaborate with Key Stakeholders

    • Coordinate with RTC leadership, sales teams, and digital departments to ensure smooth execution of RTC transformation strategies.
    • Maintain strong relationships with distributors and external partners to facilitate consistent operations.

    6.    Monitor Performance & Report Outcomes

    • Continuously track distributor performance against established KPIs, offering insights and actionable solutions to improve outcomes.
    • Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders, focusing on areas for enhancement in distributor performance.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in salesforce or RTM management, preferably in FMCG.
    • Proven ability to design and lead RTM initiatives and drive productivity across omnichannel sales models.
    • Experience managing distributor partnerships and leading large-scale transformation projects.
    • Strong results-oriented leadership, with the ability to set clear objectives, organize tasks, and motivate teams.
    • Deep knowledge of salesforce and RTM processes, with experience optimizing complex systems to align with business goals.
    • Strong analytical skills to extract insights from data and formulate data-driven strategies.
    • Collaborative leader with experience managing cross-functional teams and building consensus without direct authority.
    • Well-organized and reliable, adept at managing timelines, priorities, and stakeholder communication.
    • Upper-intermediate English proficiency and excellent communication.
    • Willingness to travel extensively across Vietnam, including for week-long market visits.
