Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily audits on the internal system to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Analyze errors and provide feedback to relevant teams for improvement.
- Collaborate with the training team to ensure consistent policy understanding among QA personnel and labellers.
- Offer support for policy and quality-related inquiries as needed.
- Guide new team members to help them meet ramp-up targets effectively.
- Work closely with the Safety Specialist to provide quality-related feedback.
- Identify and correct potential policy errors in a timely manner.
- Organize quality meetings with the team to review and discuss errors.
- Be prepared for exposure to sensitive content, including but not limited to explicit material, violence, and misinformation.
- Adapt to a fast-paced work environment and handle daily challenges effectively.
- Demonstrate resilience and maintain self-care strategies to manage the emotional demands of the role.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience (advanced degree preferred).
- Proficiency in English, Thai, and Cambodian is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least two years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst.
- Background in content moderation, content quality, content safety, or labelling is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
