    About Hiring Company:
    Our client is a leading manufacturer and distributor of air conditioning products with nearly 50 years of operation and a presence in over 100 countries. The company entered Vietnam in 2023 with a Representative Office in Ho Chi Minh City and is now looking to establish a branch in the North.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide interpretation and translation support between Vietnamese and Chinese for the Sales Operation team during meetings, reports, and related documents.
    • Attend meetings with partners and clients, facilitating communication between parties in Chinese.
    • Coordinate with other departments to gather information, process data, and support the reporting needs of the Sales Operation team.
    • Assist with administrative tasks within the department, including managing records, preparing documents, and organizing meetings.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager. Ad-hoc duties assigned by the line manager.

    Key Qualifications:

    • Working proficiency in both Chinese and Vietnamese.
    • Having experience and comprehensive knowledge in Trading company.
    • Able to work under pressure, and quickly adapt to new environments.
    • Good communication skills, as well as a good sense of problem-solving. Proactively interact with the team to push the project/task to get done.
    • Experience in home appliances/ retail/ trading/ FMCG/ Mfg industry is preferred.
