Sales Development Representative

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other business development activities.
• Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, challenges, and readiness to adopt cloud and AI solutions.

Market Development

• Research market trends and target industries to identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, industry networks, and key stakeholders to expand market reach.

AI & Cloud Solution Awareness

• Introduce AI and cloud solutions, including Model as a Service (MaaS), to prospective customers.
• Demonstrate how AI technologies can address business challenges and drive operational efficiency.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings.

Business Development Support

• Collaborate closely with Sales and Business Development teams to convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
• Provide customer insights and market intelligence to support growth strategies.

Pipeline Management

• Maintain accurate lead and pipeline records within CRM systems.
• Monitor outreach performance and continuously improve lead generation effectiveness and conversion rates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Generation, or a similar role within the technology sector.
• Understanding of cloud computing and AI technologies, particularly Model as a Service (MaaS).
• Knowledge of AI applications and their business use cases.
• Strong understanding of the Vietnamese market and business landscape.
• Proven ability to build relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Track record of generating qualified leads and supporting business growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
