Sales Director

    Report to: General Manager 

    Main Responsibilities: 

    • Develop client base, and expand potential customers while maintaining current clients' relationship
    • Implement sales visits and marketing calls.
    • Prepare and provide marketing presentations
    • Build a close relationship with consultants and the investment & planning Dept of
    • assigned areas
    • Prepare estimate, quotation & proposal (with SSE support), and information for
    • bidding, get approval from Area Sale Manager
    • Participate in Project bidding, Contract negotiations (price and terms)
    • Project Schedule planning and forecast (with Project Engineer)
    • Together with SSE make CPBD & JAF, manage master schedules and
    • deliveries (to follow up with customers)
    • Oversee change orders and variations / make contract addendums and price
    • variation accordingly.
    • In charge of supervising the shipment of products.
    • Collect competitor information and customer feedback information.
    • Develop Builders and Distributors in existing territories
    • Networking in forums, seminars, and engineering associations.
    • Constant investigation of competitors' pricing plans to develop a suitable
    • strategy.

    Requirements:

    • Degree in Engineering – Civil engineering or Mechanical is a MUST (Having MBA is a plus).
    • Minimum of last 10 years’ experience in Steel manufacturer for Construction projects.
    • Having experience in related industries.
    • Good command of English
