Location: Nha Trang
Main Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue across all hotel departments.
- Lead the sales and marketing team, set KPIs, and maintain key client relationships.
- Oversee brand marketing campaigns and ensure cohesive messaging across channels.
- Optimize room inventory and pricing to drive occupancy and revenue.
- Develop strategies to grow the MICE business and manage large-scale events.
- Ensure high guest satisfaction and maintain loyalty programs.
- Provide regular performance reports and accurate revenue forecasts.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in sales, marketing, and revenue management within luxury hospitality.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Strong leadership, sales, and revenue management abilities. Proficiency in RMS/PMS systems.
- Business acumen, customer-focused, adaptable, and proactive.
- Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
- Willing to travel and work flexible hours.
