JOB OVERVIEW
We are representing a well-established international professional services organization seeking a Sales Director - Healthcare Insurance (B2B) to lead business growth and client acquisition in Vietnam. This role plays a key leadership position in driving revenue expansion, developing large corporate accounts, and building a high-performing business development team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Growth & Sales Leadership
- Lead and execute the healthcare insurance growth strategy, with a strong focus on B2B sales and revenue expansion.
- Drive new business development initiatives, including market assessment, industry research, and local market planning.
- Take ownership of sales targets, growth plans, and budget management for assigned client portfolios.
- Identify, develop, and win large corporate and strategic accounts.
- Actively manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure accurate and timely management of sales pipelines, leads, and forecasts using internal systems.
- Deliver regular sales performance reports to senior management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with account management and other internal stakeholders to ensure sustainable growth.
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations and ensure operational KPIs are consistently achieved.
People Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead, coach, and develop the Business Development team based in Ho Chi Minh City.
- Align team objectives with overall business strategy and ensure continuous capability development.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with internal leadership and key external stakeholders.
- Act as an escalation point and provide strategic guidance to team members when required.
REQUIREMENTS
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales leadership, ideally within healthcare insurance, employee benefits, or related financial services.
- Strong ability to identify market trends and translate insights into effective sales strategies.
- Excellent relationship-building, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing high-value, complex deals.
- Solid experience managing the full sales lifecycle and large corporate accounts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use sales data to drive performance improvement.
- Ability to clearly articulate value propositions and consultative solutions to clients.
- Prior experience in healthcare-related B2B sales or key account management is a strong advantage.
