Job Summary
- To profitably secure and develop our business through Key Account customers in Cambodia and Vietnam by maximizing customer value, and developing, and implementing the company’s strategy for Key Accounts.
- Drive sales in focus Key Accounts in Cambodia and Vietnam.
- Responsible for promoting the complete company’s portfolio at selected Key Accounts locally/regionally.
- Acts as the company’s ambassador who is building relations and continuously creating new adequate contacts at her/his accounts, with a main focus on the highest possible level.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead generation using advanced technology tools. Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources. Responsible for account management to drive business growth by sales excellence process.
- Deliver own sales and specific targets to achieve target both short and long-term objectives.
- Develop and Focus on Direct Sales strategy, especially Key Account Customers/OEM customers.
- Manage and develop assigned and proper activities with own accounts.
- Occasionally visit distributors for meetings
- Penetrate new business opportunities & new potential customers through related industries.
- Proactively engage with the customer throughout the order life cycle to ensure best-in-class experience.
- Collaborate with Regional and cross-functional teams to build the company’s brand awareness.
- Develop operational excellence and value-added capabilities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical engineering or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in selling industrial products, solutions, and/or consumable supplies.
- Experience in any Industrial industry.
- Proven track record of results and exceeding sales goals with a must-win/can-do attitude and direct sales mindset.
- Familiar with C4C system
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and well-organized.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Good command of Khmer both spoken and written, basic communication in English.
- Computer literacy.
- Extensive traveling - Willing to travel every week.
- Strong customer focus and drive to discover and meet the needs of customers through innovation and challenging the status quo.
- Self-motivated, demonstrating initiative to set priorities, work plan, and schedule to achieve goals.
- Ability to actively engage with customers, internal team members, senior business managers, and group owners.
- Excel at closing sales opportunities and key business proposals, with a strong focus on value-based selling.
