Job Description:
- Responsible for the pre-sales consultation process and technical specification development for the company’s products (including Heat Pumps, Solar, and Electric Water Heaters).
- Provide technical and design support to the Sales team throughout the process—from quotation to implementation.
- Proactively build and maintain strategic partnerships with design consultants to promote the specification of the company’s products through workshops, technical conferences, and specialized training programs.
- Work closely with the Product Marketing and Customer Service departments to enhance customer experience and satisfaction, by supporting sales activities and developing clear, user-friendly product manuals and documentation.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (Electrical, HVAC, or related fields).
- Experience in a similar position within the heating/cooling solutions industry (technical support, design engineer).
- A strong professional network with design consultants is highly preferred.
- Ability to read and design heating/cooling systems for building projects.
- Prior experience in product research and development is a plus.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate well with team members.
- Willingness to provide support and resolve issues during service delivery or project implementation, including emergency situations.
- Ability to translate complex technical information into simple, user-friendly instructions and documentation.
