Sales Engineer

    Job Description 

    • Customer Acquisition & Development: Identify, contact, and establish relationships with potential clients in various industries.
    • Technical Consultation: Analyze customer needs, provide technical solutions, and offer related consulting services.
    • Sales Planning & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the company’s market share and increase revenue.
    • Customer Engagement: Attend meetings, introduce products, and present solutions to clients.
    • Sales Project Management: Track sales project progress, ensuring commitments on time and product quality are met.
    • After-Sales Support: Assist customers in product usage, resolve technical issues, and maintain long-term relationships.
    • Sales Reporting: Prepare sales reports, and forecasts, and propose solutions to improve business efficiency for management.

    Requirements

    • Gender: Male
    • Age: 24 – 30
    • Number of Openings: 3
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
    • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in technical sales, particularly in bearings or similar industrial products.
    • Communication Skills: English proficiency (speaking and reading technical documents is mandatory).
    • Sales Skills: Strong business acumen, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
    • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze technical requirements and provide suitable solutions for customers.
    • Independence & Proactivity: Effective self-management of time and tasks, with a proactive approach to business activities.
    • Travel Requirement: Ability to travel for extended periods outside Hanoi if needed.
    • Teamwork & Work Ethics: Ability to work independently and in teams, with agility, honesty, and a strong learning attitude.
