Sales Executive (Chinese Speaking)

    Position overview: The position entails acting as a primary liaison between the company and its customers through direct sales efforts, with the objective of meeting established sales and collection goals. Key responsibilities include overseeing and expanding the business within a designated sales area by executing strategic sales plans and offering essential support to enhance customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the role involves nurturing and strengthening relationships with customers to promote business growth.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, ensuring a balanced product mix turnover.
    • Retain existing customers and generate sales opportunities through market share growth, upgrades, and price increases to meet set sales targets.
    • Follow up on specifications secured by the Global sales team, provide feedback, and consult with the team regarding any compliance issues with subcontractors.
    • Prepare and send quotations to customers, tracking progress through to order completion.
    • Record and report the number of new business gains and specification achievements.
    • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities through customer conversions, upgrades, and the introduction of new products and services.
    • Implement and follow up on specifications secured by the Global sales team to drive sales at local contractors.
    • Provide timely information and local support to the Global sales team for securing specifications from new brands.
    • Meet collection targets and collaborate with the credit control officer to ensure timely payment collection.
    • Directly engage with customers' accounting and relevant departments to resolve payment issues and streamline the payment process.
    • Maintain and enhance customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Proactively build and nurture relationships with various departments within customer organizations.
    • Deliver customer satisfaction by effectively managing routine tasks, providing technical support, and resolving issues.
    • Use Salesforce.com to report all activities and business information accurately.
    • Provide detailed and accurate forecasts of future demand.
    • Ensure timely reporting to the direct manager.

     

    Qualifications:

    • University/college graduate with experience in B2B Sales.
    • Proven ability to work independently in key customer management.
    • Bright Intelligent/ Personality/ Willingness to learn/ Team Player / Motivated person.
    • Ability to communicate fluently in Chinese (equivalent to HSK5, HSK6).
    • Ability to communicate fluently in English.
    • Ability to work flexibly with colleagues to achieve team objectives.
    • Confidence in presenting in front of group of people.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to manage and prioritize own workload.

    Interview Process:
