Sales Head (Chinese-speaking roles)

    Job Description

    • Define and execute the company’s sales strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
    • Drive new business development while expanding relationships with existing clients across multiple markets.
    • Build strong partnerships with enterprise clients, ensuring tailored solutions that meet their logistics and crossborder needs.
    • Negotiate large-scale contracts and strategic agreements to secure long-term, sustainable growth.
    • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor insights to refine strategies and identify growth opportunities.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams (operations, finance, marketing, and customer service) to deliver seamless, end-to-end solutions.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and key client meetings, building brand presence and establishing JD Logistics as a market leader.

     

    Job Requirement

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of progressive sales leadership experience, with at least 5 years in the logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce sectors.
    • Regional Expertise: Proven and successful track record of building and leading sales teams in the Middle East.
    • Industry Background: Deep understanding of e-commerce logistics, supply chain management, and cross-border operations.
    • Leadership: A proven track record of building, mentoring, and leading sales teams that consistently exceed targets.
    • Strategic Acumen: Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
    • Communication: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with experience engaging at the C-level.
    • Fluent in both spoken and written Mandarin, to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
