Sales Manager

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Manage the sales team and drive the team's sales figures.
    • Control the business activities of the team; the expenditure and revenue activities of the team/individual.
    • Recruit and train business specialists.
    • Implement and participate in events, seminars, and activities for development and customer expansion.
    • Search, evaluate, approach, and build relationships, propose to potential clients nationwide; develop and take care of clients; evaluate and understand the strategies and development plans of each brand and client.
    • Consult on projects, negotiate, and sign lease contracts with clients.
    • Research and evaluate competitors and the market. Propose alternative solutions and appropriate policies.
    • Control the collection of deposits, construction progress, and ensure timely opening, with solutions to promote sales.
    • Participate in negotiations for renewal of contracts (if necessary).
    • Collect Lease Contracts from tenants within the required deadline.
    • Perform other tasks as requested by superiors.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Age: 28 - 40
    • Higher education degree, majors in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Finance/Investment, or related fields.
    • 5-7 years of experience in Business or Marketing; priority for experience working with corporate clients.
    • At least 3 years of management experience.
    • Experience working in large Corporations/Companies or with international elements is an advantage.
    • Experience working in Real Estate, Retail, Commerce, Banking corporations/companies is preferred.
