Sales Manager (Building Material)

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    a. Approach key customers & segments
    - Ensure the coverage of key and important project owners and contractors in order to build a solid relationship and ensure the frequency of visits in order to provide solution information, consultancy, quotations, and close the sale. The role creates the sell-out to distributors proactively by approaching Developers, Designers, Architects, and Contractors.
    - Assist contractors, distributors, and applicators in approaching potentialcustomers and providing sales consulting, technical services, and marketing materials in order to win projects.
    - Concentrate on the Premium Residential and Hospitality segments to cultivate pipelines with a high winning rate.

    b. Build up the distributors and applicators for new solutions
    - Find distributors and applicators for existing and new products. Assist new distributors in establishing their business. These include product training, market understanding, setting sales goals, and developing a sales strategy to meet those goals.
    - Assist distributors in providing applicator technical installation training. Ensure that the new solutions can be installed correctly and meet quality standards.

    c. After sales services
    - Understand the market and collaborate closely with distributors and applicators, contractors, project owners, and PMU to efficiently prepare forecasts and ensure adequate inventory for secured projects.
    - To provide excellent technical services to customers, coordinate with R&D, Factory, and Technical teams.
    - Control contractors/partners strictly on-site to reduce the risk of SGB products being changed to others. Collaborate with the finance and marketing teams to develop costing for existing and new products.

    d. Compliance statement
    - Make sure all of the activities of the sales team will be complied with internal control of the group.

    e. Leadership skills
    - Know well how to lead and train/ coach people to achieve target
    - Know well how to work and cooperate efficiently with other functions to support the team and the company so as to deliver outstanding sales results.

    f. Follow up
    - Work efficiency by using a CRM tool to track the project pipeline and predict the sale results and sale target achievement.

    g. Passionate
    - Have a very good passion to achieve the sales target.

    h. Good relationship and knowledge in term of project in VN
    - Understand deeply the project's sales nature, project phases and key stakeholders in projects in VN and also have a good relationship with key developers and key contractors.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's degree in Construction material and/or business
    • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in building material industry
    • Proficiency in English is a must
    • Good at Ms Office
    • Proven track record in sales
    • Strong communications skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills
    • Self-motivated, aggressive, and customer focused

    BENEFIT PACKAGE

    Base salary + 13th month salary + Incentive + Performance bonus
