To advance sales and marketing, the organization is seeking a Sales Manager for their Flavour & Fragrance initiative in Singapore. They have been selling our plants in Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Vietnam, among other countries in Southeast Asia.

- Working time: Monday - Friday
- Report to: General Manager in Singapore

Compounds used to improve the qualities of final goods in the food and beverage, consumer products, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic industries are known as flavors and fragrances.
- A vast array of goods, such as baked goods, snacks, candies, meat, poultry, seafood, and more, contain flavors.
- Fragrances: The creation of fragrances and essential oils, which are primarily used to intensify enticing perfumes, is the center of the perfume industry. The perfume industry is a vital component of the cosmetic and personal care industries because of the attention to hygiene that it pays.
Principal Tasks
- In charge of the Singaporean sales and marketing section
- Coordinate the monthly sales report submission with sales and marketing teams from several Asia Pacific countries, including Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia, in order to serve local clients.
- Offer customer support and uphold current, important clientele
- Reach out to new clientele from other nations, particularly in untapped markets.
- A higher volume of sales, particularly in the Asia Pacific area
Requirements:
- Minimum of five years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales of flavors and fragrances, food ingredients, and cosmetic ingredients to manufacturers of food, beverages, cosmetics, home care, and personal care products
- Needs prior experience approaching new clients
- A minimum of a diploma or degree in sales and marketing, business administration, food technology, or business management
- Proficient in the English language
- Proven sales performance history
