Key Responsibilities:
- Focus on industries like mining, sugar, and paper.
- Analyze the regional political and economic environment, industry trends, and customer needs. Identify new leads and opportunities.
- Develop and execute regional strategies and business plans.
- Build customer relationships, manage transactions, and achieve business targets.
- Develop local agents, system integrators, and promote regional brand growth.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Science, Technology, or related fields preferred.
- Familiar with industrial automation, including servo, inverter, and PLC systems.
- 5-10 years in technical sales, with strong skills in market analysis and customer management. Experience in leading industrial automation companies is a plus.
- Self-driven, independent, and highly motivated.
- Proficient in English.
