Sales Manager (Korean)

    Department: Process Automation Business Unit
    Reports to: Head of Sales Division
    Languages Required: Native Korean + Fluent English

    Position Objective:

    As a B2B Sales Manager, you will take the lead in expanding the market presence of process automation solutions in Vietnam, with a strong focus on Korean electronics manufacturers. The product lineup includes PCB assembly equipment and smart factory technologies. In addition to sales responsibilities, you will serve as a key liaison—ensuring seamless coordination between clients and internal functions such as factory operations, service teams, spare parts, and local partners.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies and action plans to meet revenue targets for Process Automation products.
    • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Korean electronics manufacturers in Vietnam to expand market presence.
    • Identify sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction through regular communication and tailored solutions.
    • Provide technical consultations including product demos, solution proposals, and support throughout the sales cycle.
    • Prepare quotations and proposals; lead commercial negotiations including pricing, delivery conditions, and after-sales service.
    • Collaborate closely with internal departments (factory, service team, parts sales, agents) to ensure timely project execution and customer success.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to propose new business opportunities and product improvements.
    • Support marketing initiatives by organizing or participating in trade shows, technical seminars, and promotional events.
    • Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and business updates to the management team.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the electronics or factory automation industry.
    • Strong knowledge of PCB assembly systems, factory automation, or related technical fields is a plus.
    • Native Korean speaker with strong English communication skills (spoken & written).
    • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a multicultural team.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-oriented attitude.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
    • Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally as required.
    • Flexibility to work outside standard hours based on customer requirements.
