The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the IT industry. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies. You will focus on acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and maximizing revenue opportunities. This role offers a high commission structure and requires excellent networking skills and a deep understanding of the IT market.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals and grow the business.
- Find and connect with potential clients in the IT industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry leaders.
- Attend industry events and generate leads through networking.
- Work with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction and stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
Job Requirements:
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- At least 5 years of successful sales experience in the IT industry.
- Strong IT industry network.
- Self-driven and independent.
- Proven sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Able to read, speak & write in Mandarin.
