Report to: Director, Hanoi Branch
Key Responsibilities:
✓ Team management: Plan and oversee sales activities, align with departmental targets, objectives, and strategies, and follow up to ensure progress. Support the Sales team by aligning with the company's strategy and goals, and achieve personal targets for profitable sales and strategic success.
✓ Account Management: Build and sustain strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels.
✓ New Business: Perform market research and analysis, develop and execute strategies, and communicate company policies to the sales team. Identify and target potential customers in line with the company and departmental strategies to generate new profitable business and increase sales revenue. Actively engage with new prospects related to the company’s products to stimulate revenue growth.
✓ Management Information & Process: Collect and integrate performance and opportunity
data for departmental reporting. Collaborate and coordinate with various teams to optimize
results. Identify, create, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies to support operations and address or prevent issues.
✓ Collaborate with various departments to address and meet customers' requirements to
ensure zero bad debt and complete sign-offs.
✓ Develop Partnerships: Establish and nurture relationships with vendors, suppliers, warehouses, and trucking companies to secure competitive pricing, high-quality services, and diverse cargo options, enhancing customer sources and increasing profitability.
Qualifications
✓ Bachelor’s degree in Logistic/ BA or equivalent, with at least 5 years of experience in logistics (having experience in freight forwarding is an advantage), with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
✓ Strong customer focus, with excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills; willing to travel extensively.
✓ Self-motivated, with the ability to set priorities, plan effectively, and engage with customers and internal teams to drive sales and innovation.
✓ Ability to adapt and work effectively within a variety of situations
✓ Fluent in English (having the ability to communicate in Chinese is an advantage)
