Sales Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement effective sales plans.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
    • Handle client inquiries and negotiate contracts.
    • Collaborate with the revenue team to optimize pricing.
    • Analyze sales performance and market trends.
    • Lead and motivate the sales team.
    • Provide training and support to team members.
    • Coordinate with the events team for hotel events.
    • Ensure successful execution of events.
    • Work with the marketing team on promotional activities.
    • Participate in trade shows and networking events.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
    • 3-5 years of experience in hotel sales.
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
    • Leadership and team management experience.
