Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales plans.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Handle client inquiries and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate with the revenue team to optimize pricing.
- Analyze sales performance and market trends.
- Lead and motivate the sales team.
- Provide training and support to team members.
- Coordinate with the events team for hotel events.
- Ensure successful execution of events.
- Work with the marketing team on promotional activities.
- Participate in trade shows and networking events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in hotel sales.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Leadership and team management experience.
