Job Responsibilities
- Heavy Industry Sales: Focus on industries like mining, sugar, and paper.
- Market Insight: Analyze the regional political and economic environment, industry trends, and customer needs. Identify new leads and opportunities.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute regional strategies and business plans.
- Sales Development: Build customer relationships, manage transactions, and achieve business targets.
- Brand Building: Develop local agents, and system integrators, and promote regional brand growth.
Job Requirements
- Education: Degree in Science, Technology, or related fields preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiar with industrial automation, including servo, inverter, and PLC systems.
- Experience: 5-10 years in technical sales, with strong skills in market analysis and customer management. Experience in leading industrial automation companies is a plus.
- Attributes: Self-driven, independent, and highly motivated.
- Language: Proficient in English.
