Role Summary
Drive end-user sales in assigned sectors by building strong client relationships, identifying market opportunities, and achieving business targets. Responsibilities include market analysis, strategic planning, sales development, partner management, and brand building.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for driving end-user sales in designated sectors.
- Market Insights – Analyze the political and economic landscape, industry dynamics, customer challenges and requirements, as well as competitor activities within the assigned region to identify leads and opportunities.
- Strategic & Business Planning – Develop and implement regional strategic plans and annual business plans.
- Sales Development – Establish and maintain strong client relationships, expand sales opportunities, manage transactions, and achieve assigned business objectives.
- Ecosystem & Brand Building – Create ecosystem strategies, manage and develop partnerships with local agents and system integrators, and strengthen the company’s brand presence in the market.
Requirements:
- Degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related fields (preferred).
- Established network and industry connections relevant to the role.
- Knowledge of industrial automation, with understanding of servo systems, inverters, PLCs, and their application scenarios.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical sales, including market research, client relationship management, large project execution, and sales operations; experience in leading companies in industrial automation is an advantage.
- Highly self-motivated, able to work independently, with strong initiative.
- Proficient in English.
