Sales Manager

    2. Responsibilities
    As a Sales Manager specializing in the Mobile 3C Industry, you will:
    Market Insights & Business Development

    • Analyze political, economic, and industrial trends within your assigned region.
    • Identify customer pain points, industry demands, and competitor strategies.
    • Explore new business opportunities and generate sales leads.

    Strategic & Business Planning

    • Develop and execute regional sales and business strategies.
    • Ensure alignment with company goals to drive business growth.

    Sales & Customer Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
    • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
    • Achieve revenue targets and contribute to regional business success.

    Ecosystem & Brand Development

    • Develop local partnerships with agents and system integrators.
    • Enhance brand presence and industry influence within the region.

    3. Requirements

    Education
    : A degree in Science, Technology, or a related field is preferred.

    Industry Knowledge

    • Solid understanding of industrial automation technologies.
    • Familiarity with servo systems, inverters, PLCs, and their applications.

    Experience

    • 5-10 years of technical sales experience.
    • Strong background in market research, customer relationship management, and project execution.
    • Sales experience in leading industrial automation companies is a plus.

    Skills & Abilities

    • Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently.
    • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.

    Languages: Proficient in English.
