Sales Manager

    Reports to: Sales Director / Regional Sales Head

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the semiconductor market.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
    • Identify new business opportunities and markets for semiconductor products, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
    • Lead and manage sales efforts in assigned territories, overseeing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
    • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting the unique value proposition of our semiconductor products.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to tailor offerings to meet customer needs and maximize sales opportunities.
    • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the management team.
    • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
    • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and industry developments to stay ahead of market demands and refine sales strategies.
    • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Attend industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to network and promote the company's products and services.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of semiconductor products, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

    Requirements:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Business, or a related field.
    • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the electronics industry, with a strong focus on semiconductor products and solutions.
    • Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the semiconductor industry, products, and technologies.
    • Language Skills: Fluent in both Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and partners across different regions.
    • Sales Expertise: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and negotiate effectively at all levels.
    • Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
    • Travel: Willingness to travel as required to meet clients, attend trade shows, and conduct
