Industry: Industrial Lubricant
Responsibilities:
- Comply with the company’s occupational safety regulations.
- Develop and manage sales plans to meet the company’s business targets.
- Support distributors in business development and customer acquisition within the assigned region.
- Recruit and train subordinates to execute the company’s business plans.
- Build sales strategies for the sales department, making specific proposals to achieve set targets.
- Manage customer relationships and create realistic product demand forecasts with a minimum accuracy of 60%.
- Collaborate with other departments to design sales service packages.
- Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume targets are met.
- Meet targets for acquiring potential and new customers as outlined by the company.
- Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely debt collection.
Qualifications:
- At least 3–5 years of experience in industrial lubricants or related industries such as chemicals or industrial machinery, with a strong network and proven experience working with OEMs.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a managerial position.
- Proficient in presentations, negotiation, and training.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- English proficiency is an advantage.
