Sales & Marketing Advisor

    Key Responsibilities

    The Advisor will provide guidance and recommendations on matters including, but not limited to:

    • Sales and marketing strategy for hospitality and resort operations.
    • Commercial positioning, market segmentation, and customer acquisition.
    • Revenue growth opportunities and go-to-market considerations.
    • Brand positioning and competitive differentiation.
    • Review of sales, marketing, and commercial materials when required.
    • Strategic input on hospitality market trends, customer behavior, and distribution channels.
    • Independent assessment of commercial initiatives, risks, and opportunities.
    • Advisory support to the Owner on key business decisions related to Sales & Marketing.

    Candidate Profile

    • Extensive senior-level experience in hospitality, particularly in Sales & Marketing / Commercial leadership.
    • Prior experience in a leading hotel chain, resort group, or hospitality brand in the Vietnam market.
    • Previous responsibility for commercial strategy, sales performance, marketing strategy, distribution, brand positioning, or revenue growth.
    • Strong understanding of the Vietnam hospitality market, ideally with experience in Vietnam-based hotel or resort operations.
    • Ability to advise at Owner / Chairman level with maturity, discretion, and independent judgment.
    • Strong credibility and track record in senior commercial leadership.
    • Ability to provide practical, business-oriented advice rather than purely theoretical recommendations.

    Working Arrangement

    Expected working arrangement includes:

    • Approximately 30 hours per month.
    • Primarily remote advisory support, including reviewing materials and providing recommendations.
    • Periodic on-site visits, expected to be around once every two months for approximately two days.
    • The role does not involve direct management of senior executives or internal teams.
