Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies by market segment and product lines.

Analyze market trends, customer behavior, competitor activity, and price movements to inform pricing and commercial decisions.

Own revenue planning (monthly/quarterly/annual), performance tracking, and corrective actions.

Build, manage, and grow strategic customer relationships, including key accounts, project clients, and distribution partners.

Lead negotiations and close high-value or strategic contracts.

Establish and standardize sales processes covering pricing, sampling, technical approval, contracting, delivery, and receivables management.

Forecast market demand and work closely with production teams to ensure effective supply planning.

Define and execute B2B brand and marketing strategies; oversee digital platforms, technical materials, and product documentation.

Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and customer conferences.

Recruit, develop, and lead the sales team; design KPI frameworks, incentive schemes, and commission structures.

Provide regular business reports and market insights to the Executive Management team.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields.

7–10 years of senior management experience in B2B Sales & Marketing, preferably within industrial manufacturing sector.

Strong understanding of the aluminum market, production processes, LME pricing mechanisms, and import/export operations.

Proven strengths in negotiation, market analysis, team leadership, and CRM-driven sales management.

Basic business-level English communication skills.
