1. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Sales and Marketing functions to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for individual, group, OTA, travel agency, and corporate segments.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and optimize sales channels.
- Oversee pricing strategies, promotions, and revenue optimization initiatives.
- Plan and implement integrated marketing strategies (digital, traditional, content).
- Analyze sales and marketing performance, customer data, and ROI to optimize effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and customer experience.
- Manage sales and marketing budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
- Lead, train, and develop high-performing sales and marketing teams.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management.
2. Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, or related fields.
- Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Experience working in Vietnam.
- Proven track record in revenue growth and sales performance.
- Background in tourism, hospitality, or leisure is preferred.
Language
- Fluent in Korean and English or Vietnamese.
- Additional languages are an advantage.
