An exciting journey for an Operational Product Manager (Sales & Marketing) to join our prestigious MNC client in providing energy technology solutions.
Responsibilities
As an Operational Product Manager, you will be accountable in focusing on operational activities such as Pricing (Price List/Delta Price), Margin Management, transactional business model, data management, webpage information, configuration tool deployment as well as SIOP (Sales, Inventory, Operations Plan) for supply chain, providing them product forecast. You will act as the liaison with Internal stakeholders, Marcom, Quality, Logistic, Tendering, Specifiers and Channels. Including the Factories and other Business Units in identifying offer gaps and build roadmaps for the Vietnam. You will be responsible for new offer launching, withdrawal and for local certification.
You should be an expert of power systems Offer relevant to the country, and responsible for sales training to build offer competence.
Skills & Traits that we are looking for in our team:
- Drive Marketing Fundamental including but not limited to identifying targeted segment (GTM Strategy/Business model/offer, pricing positioning, Segment Value Proposition/Local Battle Cards)
- Leading Marketing operations including AMR and AMSP and each individual offer.
- Working closely with channel team to boost Power system offer and drive power system via channels.
Qualifications
- Holder of bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
- Demonstrate that you have at least 5-7 years strong expertise across Sales and/or marketing or tendering in similar industries.
- Career driven individual who has good communications skills with fluency in English both written and verbal.
