Key Responsibilities
SAP Implementation & Rollout Projects
- Participate in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects for Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from key stakeholders.
- Assess existing business processes, identify gaps against global templates, and recommend process improvements.
- Lead workshops, training sessions, and solution discussions with business users.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with modules such as MM, FI, and WM/EWM.
- Support localization requirements while maintaining alignment with global standards.
- Define and validate data migration requirements, including master data and transactional data.
- Support testing activities, including integration testing, UAT, defect management, and issue resolution.
- Participate in cutover planning and execution activities during go-live.
- Provide post-go-live support and hypercare assistance.
Process Improvement & Business Enhancement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and coordinate implementation activities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and change requests across the SAP landscape.
Knowledge Transfer & Documentation
- Deliver user training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Prepare user guides, process documentation, and training materials.
- Contribute to reusable project assets and best-practice repositories.
- Mentor junior consultants and support team capability development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes across SAP ECC/R3 and SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Proven experience participating in at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation project.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end O2C processes and integration with other SAP modules.
- Experience working in complex, multi-site manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in an international and cross-functional environment.
