Responsibilities:
- Lead the team as a Scrum Master (SCRUM/LeSS), manage and maintain the product backlog.
- Possess strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, capable of multitasking and prioritization.
- Identify and manage risks effectively.
- Contribute to backlog management and prioritization within the team.
- Collaborate with the team and Product Owner to define user stories.
- Participate in release planning and sign-off processes.
- Follow organizational guidelines and processes.
- Technical background and banking knowledge are a plus.
- Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution across teams.
- Demonstrate strong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to interact with various stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. PMP or Agile certification is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in banking.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Project, JIRA/Confluence, and similar tools.
- Understanding of technologies used by the team.
- Skilled in servant leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of project management patterns and techniques.
- Proven track record of leading successful projects.
- Prior leadership experience with strong leadership skills.
- Experience in conflict resolution and management.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and fulfill core manager duties.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
