Role
Manage and execute BTL projects end-to-end while proactively identifying new business opportunities through existing accounts and personal networks.
Key responsibilities
- Manage BTL projects including activation, sampling, roadshows, events, POSM, and in-store promotion.
- Act as the main contact point for clients: receive briefs, propose solutions, prepare quotations and proposals.
- Coordinate with Operations, Creative teams, and Suppliers to ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and with high quality.
- Monitor project performance and prepare post-campaign reports.
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships; identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Introduce or bring in new clients for the agency (no hard sales KPI applied).
- Support and guide junior account team members when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Account Executive/Account Manager in BTL/Event/ Activation agencies.
- Strong understanding of BTL execution and on-ground operations.Good communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Existing client network in FMCG, Retail, F&B, or Pharma is a strong advantage.
