Senior Account Manager

    LOCATION : District 12, HCMC

    Role & Responsibilities:

    • Direct contact point with client for all help needed to ensure efficient delivery, including IT, RESO, HR, and PC.
    • Coordinate with other departments to lead the service delivery and guarantee prompt support for the operation in terms of facility/equipment logistics/delivery.
    • Encourage team spirit and involvement through a variety of client-aligned engagement initiatives.
    • Ensure that the billing procedure is accurate and timely. Assist clients in onboarding and providing best practices for successful implementation toward the clients' goals and objectives.
    • Assist students in the use and implementation of particular curricula and products that improve their academic performance. Respect business policies and handle confidential information with sensitivity and caution.
    • Make weekly/ monthly/ quarterly reports

    General and Specific Skills:

    • Working with B2B clients for more than 04 years
    • Experience working in a call center is a plus.
    • Demonstrated expertise in Business Development or comparable positions with a track record
    • Service-focused and detail-oriented.
    • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
    • Native Vietnamese who is proficient in speaking, reading, listening, and writing English.
