Overview:

As a Backend Engineer, you’ll contribute to the development of a short-form video product used by millions. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and enhance backend systems for a short-form video platform.
- Build and maintain backend APIs for:
- Event and promotion service pages
- Admin dashboards and business management tools
- Influencer profile and support systems
- Participate in cross-border collaboration with engineering teams.
- Ensure backend performance, scalability, and code quality.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java.
- Hands-on experience with Spring and Kotlin frameworks.
- Strong understanding of HTTP-based web services and video playback on the web.
- Proficiency in at least one RDBMS.
- Experience in building dynamic web applications with JavaScript.
- Familiarity with MSA (Microservice Architecture), RESTful APIs, and basic backend design.
- Excellent communication in English and a collaborative, open-minded attitude.
Nice to have:
- Full-stack development experience.
- Familiarity with React.
- Experience with high-traffic systems, NoSQL, and Big Data analysis.
