Senior Brand Manager

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    1. Quantitative Objectives

    • Reach brand targets and take responsibility for them up to the final P&L contribution level by counter and channel.
    • Track monthly sales by brand, category, etc.... Report on retail and wholesale sales analysis, by channel, and contribution (%) by SKU.
    • Compare tracking results for Net Sales and Net Profit to predetermined goals
    • Boost brand profitability by using sales off and discounts

    2. Marketing

    • Develop a brand-specific marketing calendar.
    • Conceptualize, schedule, and guarantee the timely execution of launches, promotions, and brand-specific animations.
    • Prepare the annual A&P budget and control spending.
    • Create and deliver marketing materials. (POS, displays etc).
    • Create consumer recruiting strategies for each business, such as workshops, marketing campaigns, etc.
    • Create CRM brand-specific activities and customer retention strategies to increase brand sales.

    2. Inventory

    • Take charge for stock forecasting (existing and new products)
    • Be responsible for brands' inventory levels in order to maintain healthy inventory turnover ratio
    • Stock management, which may be measured by SOH via POS weekly/monthly reports, to guarantee that all POS are well stocked and do not potentially lose sales.
    • No stock loss or shrinkage at counters or designated event locations

    3. Public relations (PR)

    • Establish solid working relationships with the press, KOLS, and beauty bloggers.
    • Increase share of voice and make the most of any free or paid PR coverage by conceptualizing, planning, and implementing PR launches, press kits, releases, and other similar initiatives.
    • Gathering and valuing press coverage by brand, particularly for significant launches and animations

    4. Others

    • Capable of managing other important responsibilities as allocated and responding to change in a productive manner.
    • Build a strong working relationship with the Principals & Trade
    • Involve in creating a Business Plan Proposal for any new brand under Cosmetics Division
    • Take care of current Perfumeries partners, increase sales volume
    • Create a Corporate Sales Channels with a third party

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Budgeting and P&L skills
    • Good with numbers
    • Strong leadership, communication, commercial acumen and negotiation skills
    • Experience in the retail or beauty (skincare) industry is preferred
    • A bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of brand and business management experience.
    • Have a great love for the retail sector, especially for the beauty and skincare sectors; 
    • Be results-driven and sales-driven; 
    • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; 
    • Be creative and focused with an attention to detail.
