Job Description
1. Based on the company's development strategy, develop a brand strategy and a PR strategy framework using traditional and emerging media. Improve brand awareness and image through high-quality and timely content.
2. Work closely with the management team to develop a PR branding strategy.
Utilize business highlights and major media and network platforms to efficiently and effectively promote the company's vision and values.
3. Develop a PR plan to track market trends and competitors' movements, identify potential brand risks, and develop crisis management measures.
4. Serving as the liaison for external PR, responding to brand reputation issues, etc., and collaborating with the brand team and personal resource network to deal with them quickly and efficiently.
5. Plan and execute press releases and media events for brand-related projects. Develop a brand PR strategy and promote the project.
6. Provide PR support for brand activities, build and maintain good relationships with the public and stakeholders, and expand the resources required for the business.
Job Requirements
1. Native-level Japanese required. Native level Chinese or English Business level or above.
2. 5-8 years of work experience in the fashion or e-commerce industry.
3. University graduates or above majoring in marketing, journalism, mass communications, or finance are preferred.
4. Skilled in planning market and brand PR strategies, with excellent content production skills, abundant local PR resources, and business networking abilities.
5. Familiar with emerging media communication methods and able to manage effective PR methods and delivery pace.
6. Familiar with the fashion industry, familiar with the competitive patterns of the industry, and able to have in-depth dialogue with industry leaders.
7. Calm personality, independent thinking, and ability to continue learning.
