Key Responsibilities
Data Solutioning & Modeling

Advanced Analytics: Develop algorithms using machine learning and deep learning tools to deliver solutions such as recommendation engines, graph models, and customized data frameworks.

Strategic Optimization: Mine and analyze internal databases to refine business strategies and improve operational efficiency.

Predictive Modeling: Leverage predictive analytics to enhance customer journeys, drive revenue growth, and improve overall business outcomes.

Agile Execution: Manage data science projects within an Agile framework, ensuring all outputs comply with internal regulatory and data governance standards.
Data Insighting & Strategy

Actionable Intelligence: Lead the identification of meaningful trends from large-scale data and metadata sources.

Performance Monitoring: Create robust processes and tools to track model accuracy and performance over time.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with dedicated product squads to identify key business questions and solve complex analytical issues.

Validation: Evaluate the integrity and effectiveness of new data sources and gathering techniques.
Candidate Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Quantitative Analysis, or a related technical field.

Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in data analysis, machine learning, and deep learning model development at scale.

Technical Skills: High proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python, R, Scala, Java, or C/C++. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau is preferred.

Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of data optimization (linear/non-linear) to solve constrained business problems.

Methodology: Practical experience working within Agile/Scrum environments to support digital transformation.

Communication: Ability to translate complex technical models into clear insights for diverse stakeholders.

Language: Professional proficiency in English.
