Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Assess workforce needs, collaborate with talent acquisition teams to ensure timely hiring, and implement initiatives that support employee retention.
- Performance Management: Support performance evaluation processes, coach managers on people management, and drive initiatives to enhance employee effectiveness and productivity.
- Employee Relations: Address complex employee concerns, advise line managers on people related matters, and foster a positive and engaged workplace environment.
- Organizational Development: Work closely with leadership on organizational design, succession planning, and change management initiatives.
- HR Analytics & Insights: Review workforce data such as turnover and engagement metrics to generate insights that support strategic decision making.
- Compensation & Benefits: Collaborate with compensation teams to maintain competitive salary and benefits structures that attract and retain high quality talent.
- Compliance: Ensure HR practices comply with local labor regulations and internal company policies.
Required Skills & Abilities
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of the consumer goods industry, business operations, and key financial drivers.
- Communication & Influence: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at different organizational levels.
- Analytical Thinking: Capable of analyzing HR data and translating insights into practical actions.
- Conflict Resolution: Skilled in handling workplace conflicts with strong mediation and negotiation abilities.
- HR Technology: Comfortable using HRIS platforms and HR related technologies.
Education & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 3 to 7+ years of experience in HR, including 1 to 3 years in an HR Business Partner or similar advisory role.
- Industry Background: Experience in FMCG, retail, or fast moving manufacturing environments is highly valued.
