Senior HR Officer (Performance & Rewards)

    1. Yearly Processes

    • Create and manage programs that help employees get promoted and work well.
    • Make sure everything is fair and organized. 

    2. Benefits and Policy Governance 

    • Help the Leader of Total Reward with Job Evaluation and payment structure by using the Mercer method. Also, participate in surveys about how much people get paid in the industry and provide information relating to the survey each year.
    • Help the leader who manages rewards and benefits to create ideas, make designs, and build programs that involve payment (like regular salary), motivation (like bonuses), and other forms of incentives.
    • Answering surveys about pay, making sure that everything follows the rules, deciding on how to pay employees fairly, and analyzing information about pay.
    • Manage programs that help employees stay healthy and well, by keeping track of how much they cost and analyzing data and reporting to the bosses.
    • Help make sure that HR people in charge of different parts of the business are all communicating with each other about things like pay and benefits on a yearly basis.
    • Figure out Annual Operating Plan labor cost
    • Other tasks that may be assigned to you.

    3. Payroll and Operarations 

    • Refer to managing the payment of employees and the day-to-day functioning of a business or organization.
    • Be in charge of Benefits & Safeguard, and installment of Acknowledgment & Compensate programs.
    • Handle and overhaul the Emolument Structure in line with the nearby Salary charge rules/ statutory controls.

    4. Global Mobility 

    • Work with worldwide & nearby group to oversee outbound & inbound expat courses of action, installment of benefits etc.,

    Job Requirements 

    • Background must include HR degree or related majors.
    • Experience in Total Rewards/C&B
    • Prefer Manufacturing experience, especially MNC.
    • Strong English and communication.
    • Good planning/project management
    • Familiar with Mercer job evaluation, preferred Advanced MS Office skills.
