HR Planning & Employee Relations
- Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Establish, review, and monitor HR policies, systems, and procedures.
- Manage performance evaluation processes and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations, including maintaining HR records and handling employee investigations.
- Support current and future workforce needs through talent development, employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives.
- Provide HR insights and decision support through workforce metrics and data analysis.
- Serve as a bridge between employees and management, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of concerns.
- Manage employee relations, including workplace disputes, employee morale, and workplace safety.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that strengthen company culture and employee well-being.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR Planning, Employee Relations, and Organizational Culture.
- Advanced Korean proficiency, preferably TOPIK Level 5 or above.
- Strong experience working with HR metrics and workforce data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Experience in HR reporting and data analytics.
